His Excellency Sheikh / Abdullah bin Mubarak Al Balushi is a successful businessman and is known for his good biography and his great prestigious position in Omani society by virtue of what he gained from the history of his ancient family and known for its generosity and love for Oman and its loyalty to the Sultans of Oman throughout history, which qualified him this reputation and status to win the membership of the Omani Shura Council previously for two terms elected for the state of Sohar for a period of eight years. He was born on 1/4/1966, married and father of tow, graduate of the College of Education, Bachelor of History. He has a Diploma in General Administration and a Diploma in Public Relations and Political Diplomacy. He chaired many of the state's service committees and during his work in the Shura Council. He has achieved many successes in the field of real estate investment at the level of the Sultanate of Oman and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and owns many real estate projects in all regions of the Sultanate of Oman, especially the capital, Muscat. He also owns assets and real estate outside the Sultanate of Oman, which earned him great experience and the formation of extensive relationships in Oman and abroad.

Held various executive management positions in Schlumberger throughout twenty-six years in the company. Pakistan Country General Manager, located in Islamabad, Pakistan. VP for Europe, CIS, Russia, and Africa, located in Schlumberger’s headquarters in Paris, France, Managed a business portfolio over USD four Billion. General Manager Malaysia, Vietnam, Brunei and Thailand, located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Managed one of Schlumberger’s Production Sharing Agreement “PSA” Integrated Projects with PETRONAS. BOKOR integrated Project and led Schlumberger to change its strategy and to start acquiring and operating assets, instead of only being in the Services Domain. Commercial Director, located in Paris, France. Managing Schlumberger mega contracts in all service domains. In addition, Alaa held senior positions with Schlumberger Research and Development and Knowledge Champion for global teams..

Initiated in 2011, Crude-Oil and Petrochemicals trading business with Numerous Energy in Dubai, UAE. Managed to establish a vast diversified network of Sellers and Buyers in different countries across the globe. Completed transactions, as an Intermediary. Initiated an Omani Trading Company with other experienced team members, including a distinguished Omani Sheikh. This is to leverage on the network, already established by Numerous Energy and to promote the business to be a reseller, rather than an intermediate. His ethical and integrity’s based direct business approach throughout the years, has gained him a large network of relationship with global business leaders and investors, Alaa Nasser earned an Engineering Degree in electronics from Cairo University in 1982.
